 Directions:       From Mina Salman, go east on Sheik Kalifa hwy. Turn left at traffic lights towards Hidd.   at the 4^th lights turn right into Anwaj.   Go through security barrier, through 2 roundabouts and turn left before Talla bridge. Into Kite Beach.

From Manama cross over to Muaharraq and follow signs to Amwaj Islands. The run starts in Kite Beach. This is on the left before you cross the bridge to Talla. Look for signs.
